IvyCares is here to assist you with finding additional campus and community support throughout your academic journey. Sometimes called “wraparound services,” IvyCares focuses on helping students connect with resources in the following areas: emergency transportation assistance, food security, mental health resources, technology assistance, and emergency aid funding.

This FREE on-campus Healthy Living Support is open during each term. Food for Thought includes items like personal hygiene items, non-perishable food items, shelf stable items, feminine hygiene products, paper products and much more! Students can stop in during normal hours of Monday-Thursday from 10 AM – 6 PM to shop for items or schedule a time to shop by emailing Laurie Brandt at lbrandt1@ivytech.edu.

The Ivy Tech Student Emergency Aid Fund provides financial assistance to Ivy Tech students facing short-term financial emergencies to help them stay in class, be prepared, and persist in their academic coursework.

The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF), a federally funded program that provides childcare assistance to eligible low-income families, provides assistance in the form of electronic vouchers that pay for all or some of an eligible family’s childcare expenses directly to the childcare provider.
